Convention / Expo

The AMI International Meat Poultry & Seafood Industry Convention and Exposition is part of Worldwide Food Expo, the biennial food technology event.  In 2007 AMI and IDFA hosted over 20,000 thousand attendees from 100 countries around the globe and featured about 900 exhibitors, representing the world's leading suppliers.

Considered the premier industry event in the US, processors have a chance to see and discuss technology innovations with exhibitors on the show floor, and sampling new food and beverage products.  The schedule is filled with Super Sessions and other educational programs, as well as the networking and social events.
